Marcoola Queensland	Solar Equipment installer We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Professional Serviceman to service new and existing customers, to manage the service division, and to develop the installation team. Reporting to the General Manager, your key objective will be to develop our service and customer support plans, and implement efficient installation strategies. This role involves all levels of customer negotiations, developing our product installation systems, and establishing clear and accurate metrics, and including invoicing procedures. The successful applicant will be experienced in installation and maintenance of solar swimming pool systems, solar hot water, and solar power, with a proven track record in technical service and product support. The position requires a current drivers licence, good work ethic, lateral thinking, commonsense, and good workplace organisation and people skills. This job entails all aspects of assisting customers to obtain solar equipment that suits their needs.
