Marcoola Queensland	Solar Equipment Sales Professional We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Sales Professional to service new and existing customers, to manage the resources of, and develop the sales team, and to pursue new business opportunities. Reporting to the CEO, and as part of the Executive Leadership team, your key objective will be to drive the growth of sales and profitability across the region. This will include developing our sales and customer support plans, and implementing new marketing strategies. The role involves all levels of customer negotiations, developing product marketing aids, as well as systematising the sales process, and establishing clear and accurate metrics. The successful applicant will be an experienced sales professional, with a proven track record in technical sales and product support. The position requires a current drivers licence, good work ethic, lateral thinking, commonsense, and good workplace organisation and people skills. This job entails all aspects of assisting customers to purchase solar equipment that suits their needs. Marcoola Queensland	Solar Equipment installer We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Professional Serviceman to service new and existing customers, to manage the service division, and to develop the installation team. Reporting to the CEO, and as part of the Executive Leadership team, your key objective will be to develop our service and customer support plans, and implement efficient installation strategies. This role involves all levels of customer negotiations, developing our product installation systems, and establishing clear and accurate metrics, and including invoicing procedures. The successful applicant will be experienced in installation and maintenance of solar swimming pool systems, solar hot water, and solar power, with a proven track record in technical service and product support. The position requires a current drivers licence, good work ethic, lateral thinking, commonsense, and good workplace organisation and people skills. This job entails all aspects of assisting customers to obtain solar equipment that suits their needs.
