P/t Reception/Sales/Marketing – November 2023
We are looking for a new, happy, and welcoming face to our business on the Sunshine Coast.
Duties include answering telephone and email enquiries, assisting customers in purchasing their requirements, keeping the office filing up to date, and the office workplace clean and tidy.
You will need to be familiar with the normal Office programs, Xero, and Hubspot CRM. We will teach you to use others.
We like to keep in communication with our clients, so ability with Mailchimp would also be helpful.
Working hours are M – F, 9 am to 3 pm, with a half-hour lunch break.
We are a happy and productive team, the work is varied, and this vacancy arose because the current staff member is relocating with her family.
