The Goodwe Hybrid  GW5048-EM 5kw 48V inverter can work in on-grid and off-grid situations.  The Goodwe EM solar inverter is compatible with 48V lead-acid and lithium batteries.    Is compatible with LG Chem RESU 48V lithium batteries.   Ideal to boost self-consumption in residential homes, it charges the surplus energy from the solar panels into the batteries for later use.  Zero injection to the electricity grid can be set using the EzMeter.   Monitoring with mobile App, and via an internet connection.

GW5000 SBP AC-coupled battery storage inverter-charger 

Easily converts any existing solar power system to a battery backup solar system.

The GoodWe S-BP AC-coupled battery storage retrofit solution is applicable for both single-phase and three-phase systems.  During the day, the PV system generates electricity which will be firstly provided to the loads.  Then, the excess energy will charge the battery via the SBP energy storage inverter.   The electricity stored can be released when the loads require it.   The battery can also be charged by the grid to ensure uninterrupted supply in the event of a power cut.

The GoodWe SBP series DC-coupled battery storage retrofit device is compatible with most single-phase on-grid inverters.   Almost any existing solar power system can be upgraded to a solar energy storage system, with the addition of the SBP retrofit device.    During the daytime, the solar power system generates electricity which is firstly provided to the loads.    Then any excess energy will charge the battery via the SBP retrofit device.   During the night, the battery discharges via the SBP retrofit device, and electricity will be provided to the loads via the existing inverter.   The GoodWe SBP series greatly improves the self-consumption ratio of your solar power system.

The SBP Series from GoodWe is a retrofit battery management system that offers PV plant owners the opportunity to integrate a battery storage solution into their existing installation.
Compatible with most brands of single-phase on-grid inverters, the SBP intelligently manages the PV yield of a system allowing generated electricity to be directed within the home, fed to the grid, or used to charge a battery storage device.
Electricity stored within batteries can be released when domestic loads are high but PV generation is not possible, helping to synchronise energy production and consumption.
The SBP Series offers the opportunity to improve existing PV systems with the prospect of increased self-consumption and reduced reliance on grid-supplied electricity.
